Use of SUKANO^® Nucleating Agents in thermoformed and injection molded parts enable faster controlled crystallization of the polymer in the tool. This shortens cycle times and increases throughput. In addition, controlled nucleation will enhance form stability in high temperature uses, while improving mechanical properties and visual appearance, during processing as well as in the resulting trays.

Thus use of SUKANO^® Nucleating Agents result in highly stable processing with minimized sagging and less plate-out.

SUKANO^® Nucleating Agents are available for PET, PLA, and PP polymers and can also be ordered in color (black or white), with very reproducible and uniform color.

This way one masterbatch is working as nucleating agent, impact modifier (for improved mechanical properties) as well color masterbatch; one product with three functions.
