SUKANO^® Release Agents are masterbatches based on selected polymer carriers, with release additives specifically chosen for the actual polymer. They will quickly migrate to the surface and thus form a separating layer between the polymer and tool cavity. They can be used as well as an internal lubricant.

SUKANO^® Release Agents will, for example give you excellent lamination properties of cards by enabling easier lamination or smoother release of food out of food containers. At the same time they ensure easy printability of the surface.

The specifically formulated SUKANO^® Mold Release Agents enable easier flowability, higher productivity and easier demolding properties for demanding injection molded parts. They also make preforms for PET bottles more resistant against scratching.
